Mark was absolutely fantastic to work with when I sold my home. He was personable, knowledgable, smart, and always thinking a step ahead. Unloading a house during a global pandemic, divorce, and other miscellaneous chaos could easily have been a nightmare, but because of Mark's expertise, hard work, and kind demeanor, the process was smooth and efficient. I had never sold a property before, and Mark was great at explaining anything I ever had a question about, from preparing the house to go on the market to choosing among the many offers I received.Mark was new to this career when I worked with him, but it was very apparent that he's incredibly well-suited to real estate. Mark helped me out tremendously thru the whole home buying process. From the first couple houses I looked at, he paid attention to the types of things I was looking for in a home. He learned my preferences and would take the time to send me houses he thought I'd like.Mark was on the ball with any questions I had from the offer process thru closing. He was always available and promptly helped me with anything I needed. He came thru with a great recommendation for a lawyer.
